| Mission Bay Construction
was started in 1992 by brothers Randy and Ron Williamson,
with a focus on serving the high-end residential construction
market. In 1999, operations were expanded to include a full-line
excavation division as well as partnerships in residential
developments.
Since our inception,
Mission Bay has collected more local awards than any other
builder in the Grand Traverse area, and partnered in many
high-profile residential development projects, including
Morgan Farms, Grayhawk, The Enclave and Hidden Ridge.
